If it gets weak it becomes compressed and reduces your chances of growing taller. What to do: Lay on the floor with your face facing the ground straight. Then lift your arms and shoulders off the floor for a count of 15 and let them fall. Repeat this movement 5 times every morning and evening for 30 days.
